Event photo + video cost guide
How much does event video production cost?

Bossity publishes no package prices, because every package is scoped to the event. Cost depends on on-site capture time, the team needed to cover the event, and the deliverables you want afterward. Book a call to plan coverage and get a proposal.

Event photo + video cost guide
What happens on the call?

A 30-minute Google Meet with Nova Renay about your date, venue, and run of show. A proposal follows.

How soon do we get photos and video?

One or two vertical cuts can arrive before the event ends, and photo highlights, story posts, and raw footage the same day, when agreed before the event. Otherwise, typically a first photo selection (about 10% of shots) within 24 hours, the full album within a week, and edited video within 2 weeks, depending on the size of the event.

Can the same team photograph the event?

Yes. Photography and video can be booked together, planned as one and covered by the same team. Photography is also available on its own.

Our venue records the stage. Why hire a crew?

A venue recording keeps the stage feed. A recap, clips, and photos need coverage planned around the room, the people, and the sponsors, then edited in-house.

Do you use AI-generated footage?

No. The crew films every frame at your event.

Where do you work?

Across San Diego County, from Downtown and UTC to Sorrento Valley and Mission Valley.
