Photo downloads
To download an album photo, you give your email address. Bossity uses it to know who downloads its photos and, only if you tick the box, to send you Bossity news. The address is stored in PostHog, alongside the analytics below, and each download is counted. A cookie then keeps downloads open in that browser for 30 days.
Booking a call
The booking calendar is Cal.com. What you enter there goes to Cal.com and to Bossity, so we can hold the call. Cal.com's own privacy policy covers how it stores it.
How we prepare for your call
When you book a call, Bossity runs a back office that reads your booking, researches your company on the public web, and writes a short brief for the call. It uses these services, and each sees only what its job needs. Amazon Bedrock (AWS) runs the AI models. It stores no prompts or answers for the models we use. Firecrawl reads public web pages about your company. It sees the company name and domain, and may keep results for a time under its own policy. Notion holds the brief and our notes. Photon delivers text messages to Bossity's staff. It receives your name, phone number, email, call time, and a one-line summary of what you want. It also receives the texts our staff exchange with our own assistant, which can name you, your company, your project's stage, and your meeting time. It keeps data while our account is open and may train on de-identified data. Supabase stores our project records. Trigger.dev runs the back office tasks and stores run data in AWS us-east-1. Most runs carry ids only, not your details. The assistant's conversation with our staff passes through Trigger.dev too, including what its tools look up to answer: the names, stages, and meeting times of open projects, and facts from our records. Only Bossity's own staff read that conversation. Trigger.dev's Data Processing Agreement (trigger.dev/legal/dpa) limits it to processing that data on our documented instructions. Vercel hosts our sites. Infisical stores our passwords and settings. Sentry records software errors and performance traces, which carry ids, codes, and timings, not your details. Google Workspace holds Bossity's own email, documents, and calendar, and the back office reads the threads, documents, and events that involve you, to keep your project records up to date. Resend sends our system emails. PostHog counts bookings and receives the booker's name, email, the type of call, and your answer to "How did you hear about Bossity?".
Project records
Bossity keeps project records, such as bookings, briefs, notes, and emails about the work, so we can serve you well and remember what we agreed.
Analytics
PostHog records how visitors use the site, including page views, clicks, and session recordings, and stores an anonymous visitor id in a cookie and local storage. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights count visits and page speed without cookies. Bossity uses this to improve the site.
What we never do
Bossity does not sell or rent your information, and does not share it except with the services named here, which run the site for us.
