CEO & Founder

Nova Renay is a multimedia creator and producer. She founded Bossity, a San Diego creative production house that captures, curates, and distributes content for engagement and brand equity.

Her brand storytelling is inside-out and people-first. She works alongside founders, teams, and organizations to uncover the real stories already happening inside their businesses, then builds the multimedia assets, content banks, and production systems that make those stories visible with clarity, personality, and momentum.

She also serves on the Board of Design Forward Alliance, where she leads the Multimedia track for San Diego Design Week.
